1. Your First and Last Name.
2. What is your intended emphasis on your photo?
(ex. "I wanted to emphasize on my character that is being introduced who is new and lonely", "I wanted to emphasize the creepiness of the situation", "I wanted to emphasize how accomplished my character is feeling", etc.)
3. What purposeful, pre-planned things have you done to make that emphasis?
(ex. "I created a shot where you can see my character's whole body that shows the tired posture and made the character small compared to the large school background. I placed the character in a corner to make the emphasis that the character doesn't belong, but made the objects and chairs and computers to line up so they lead your eyes to that character. I also have the character wearing red so the color is noticeable against the dull school color.", "I angled the camera to break the symmetrical balance and placed my protagonist small but on one of the "thirds" on the right so you can see the character. I have large part of an unidentified object taking up majority of the left space to make it uncomfortable to the viewer.", "I placed my camera under my character so you look up to the character to create the feeling that they are important and in control. I placed the character in one of the "thirds" on the left side with a report card showing all "A's" on the right side of the "thirds". I angled the report card so that it's pointing toward the character and I also have the character's proud face looking at the report card so that your eyes go back and forth between them.")

I wanted to emphasize the words that my main character was writing. In this scene, he is writing down some thoughts in his notebook such as "Who am I?".

I focused the shot on his hand and the pencil to move attention from right to left to the paper.

In this I want to emphasize that my character is emotion about their situation. To do this, the scene is a close up. It is a profile of the character, to put more focus on the tear. If I actually film this scene then, I would put more light on the tear than the rest of the face. The scene is meant to focus on emotion not really the character.

I wanted the emphisise the group of friends in the backround as the main character walks by. Interacting with no one. Showing that the world around him wouldn't have any major changes with him being there or not.

During planing, i hoped to use the lighting to take away from the protagonist and empthisise the group of friends talking. I also planed kn having the desk lining up and pointing towarfs them, leading the viewers eyes to the friends.

This is one of my first shots in my short film. It opens up with the main character in the center of the shot facing towards his computer screen playing computer games. In this first shot of he scene, it wasn't perfectly symmetrical but this can show that his future he is facing of playing games and failing his classes isn't good; that he is facing the wrong way from a good future. I also used movement as the outline of the computer and table point to him.

In this picture I wanted to emphasize the characters emotions. I also wanted put the focus on only this character. In the picture it shows his emotion and his situation through the way he is sitting and the way he is looking.

My intended emphasize on the photo was to show the character looking like hes in a blank state or not caring about whats happening at the moment.
The shot I took was a little bit under the character to show the importance of the character in the setting he is in.

I want to emphasize that they are happy talking to eachother.
That even that they are not datting they still seem to happy. They dont need to be together to be inlove.

I wanted to emphasize the character's action and less on her facial expression. In order to achieve this I choosed a closed space, also manipulated the lighting to create a dramatic effect. Another way I did this was taking the photo at an angle to add depth to the photo.

I wanted to emphasize how the character was feeling toward the person he was going to.

I was able to do this by having the character have a positive expression and the movements the character made.

This shot emphasizes the seriousness of the situation, which is a classroom's computer network was sent a kernel panic loop command, via network share.

I went with an over-the-shoulder shot for multiple reasons.
    1. In an attempt to draw the audience's attention to the infected systems, before the IT Specialist.
    2. To prove a point: You don't need to see, or hear the person to know their expression, but if you haven't realized it by looking at it for about 3 seconds, it's shock/amazement.
    3. It's supposed to be a slow-panning shot.
